Here are multiple pictures of Warrior 4. I can't believe how big he has gotten. I take too many pictures of him I know because I want to capture most of his facial expressions. Funny, cute, serious and even da ugly.

Found it!

Warrior 4 found his bottle. Here we have him trying to hold his bottle on his own.

Hey, he still has hair on the top of his head but it has definitely thinned out. =)
He can't quite keep his bottle steady just yet.
Warrior 4 is loved by Warrior 3.

Cruisin' w/ the King

Here is Warrior 4 chillin' w/ the King on August 10, 2009 @ 7:45 am. Watching the morning news.

Warrior 4 as you can see is very interested.

So is the King.

Goo eyes. TV eyes.

Blessing!

Counting my blessings everyday. Here is just one of them. I am home once again with Warrior 4. I am also fortunate to look after Little K. He is a cutie, very soft spoken, mellow and cracks me up. Heard him say, "OOOOOOW! MY ARM!" as his thumb is being sandwiched between the pages of this book. His Mommie, Aunty C gives me an allowance every week...which helps buy us some food and Warrior 4's diapers and wipes. Thank YOu "K" family.

Hungry!

I am always hungry. I need to lose 20 lbs but it doesn't help when these things below is all I eat. ;(` Not to mention my neighbor sharing her delish chocolate chip cookies which is loaded with different types of chips and nuts. THEY WERE GOOD! They were so good....they disappeared too fast for me to snap a photo. I ate 3 with milk. YUM in my tum-tum.

Where Do I Begin?

Okay, I took a long break from blogging. oops..hold on. Warrior 4 is now crying. 4:14 pm. sign off.

Warrior 4 is fed. He has pooped (2nd time today). Happy he is. Yoga Mama signing back on at 4:51 pm.

As I was saying...I took a long break from blogging because I've been out galavanting with my parents. Hee hee heee. Mama and Papa's last 12 days with us...i've driven to town 6 times out of those 12 days. That is a record for me. We've visited families I've never known..who have lived here since the 80's. Heloow where have I been? okay im gonna go off here for a little bit. Warrior 4 is making me smile right now.

Warrior 4 is babbling, gurgling and blowing raspberries. His "AAAAAAAh's" and "eeeeeeeeeeehs" are so clear. He also loves banging the soles of his feet together. Last week, 8/19/09 took him to the doctor because he had a fever for 2 days of 102. He weighed at 16.4 lbs. Yesterday, I took him to the doctor because there was fluid oozing out of his left ear. He weighed in at 17 lbs. Whoa...my baby is getting big alright. okay, he is screaming MADNESS. signing off again. 5:05 p.m.

OK. it is now 12:16 Am Sunday (8/30/09) nursing again...but I need to post things that happened for the past 3 weeks. so back to typing left hand only. try wait...gotta switch...ok. NOW... just da right hand.

Mama and Papa came back from their road trip in the mainland going trucking with my brother. oKay it is now 12:49 pm Sunday afternoon. Warrior 4 is now asleep so here goes to blogging.

So, here's what we did when Mama and Papa were here.

We went to visit the Tungpalan's at Wahiawa and we ate goat, cow guts with bile, sayote shoots, some kind of fern from the mountain with bagoong and tomato, BBQ'd lots of meat and tilapias. Not to mention ....most dishes that I miss eating, since the gooey babes and the King don't eat that kind of food I grew up eating. Any kind of DINENGDENG. I took pictures but was unable to download from Mama's camera because she didn't have the cord for her camera to attach to my computer.

We went to visit Aunty Gasyang and Manong Primo and ManangCheck Spelling Joey Pablo in Mililani. I haven't seen them since Princess was a baby. Napan kami diay Waipahu and found a couple of relatives there (da Apong Enoy, Apong Tonio, Manong Tony where we got the mangoes and of course da Mng. Fredo--partner in crime da Papa idi 1998)..then visited a couple more relatives in Ewa Beach (da apong Edot and her son's family Mng. Crispen and Aunty Loling. Tapos we went to Euli and Marco's place.) Visiting these relatives...nakadawat kami iti ornamental plants...dessert rose, orchids, euphorbias and some pinoy veggies as well. These plants kept Mama busy. Planting and transplanting. She missed her garden back in the Philippines.

We took Mama and Papa to the PCC NIGHT SHOW when they had that free showing for the community @ 9:45 pm. We just paid for dinner at Gateway...buffet for $10. Can't beat that. Anyway, show was good!

Mama wanted to see what WAIKIKI looked like but we never got around to doing that. When the kids were at school and we went to town...we were always rushed because we had to be back at 2:30 pm in time for the kids to come home. They are not latchkey kids.

Anyway, I better stop blabbing and just start posting pictures already huh, sistah. Wen dakkel ni Warrior 4-en.

Spits a Lot!

Can I just tell you that Warrior 4 is such a cutie even when he spits up. I'm so glad he no longer does that. From birth until 6 months...he was our SPIT machine! As soon as he finished eating....out comes the milk. I was afraid to pass him off to those who wanted to hold him because of that. Now, he is pretty good about keeping his food in.

Warrior 2 took this picture of him. Taken in August when he was 3 months old. Warrior 4 + milk spit up = CUTENESS!

72 Hr. Kits

Only now that "Felicia" is paying us a visit that I'm trying to tackle our 72 Hr. Kits. The King reminded me to do it last week but never got around to doing. I actually started a year ago when I took one of our bags apart to find out that it still had Warrior 3's diapers and baby clothes in there but that's about how far I got. I just took them apart but never replaced our old clothes. =) Hello! We are supposed to check it every six months but failed to. So, now is the time to get everything together...again. Okay, I know it's a Sunday but I promise to do it reverently without yelling and stressing out. =)

Here is is what we have so far. Three containers minus one duffle bag of all our clothes in it(remember, I took it out... a year ago..) I'll post pictures later after I take them. Not bad. One of the foam liners of the box crumbled into little pieces so I have to take it outside and clean that out. Wish me luck.

If you have your 72 Hr. Kits how are they organized? Does every individual have their own in their own backpacks? or Did you put all your food together? Your clothes together? Or what?
I want our family's 72 hr. kits in individual backpacks so everyone is responsible for their own (except baby of course). Just in case we get separated they have their own food and water with them. I'm gonna stop right here and now.

it's a FULL moon!

It's a full moon!

Inhale deeply. Exhale fully.
Let it come and then let it go.
Negative energy gone.
It's a new moon!

Seen and Heard

Giving Warrior 4 a bath...Warrior 3 took over.  I heard him(Warrior 3) singing to his made up tune:

WASH KILI KILI 1
WASH KILI KILI 2
and that's how we take care of you.

"Warrior 4, do you like your CELEBRITY bath?"

He is Losing It!

Warrior 4 have been losing it.  His baby hair that is.  He is becoming baldy waldy.   Yang yangan konam man judge.  The sides are almost completely "KALBO" . These pictures were taken at Hukilau on 8/1/09 .  He is hanging out in his stroller while waiting for the food to be served.

Da slight "piwis" mouth look.
He is getting bored and hot look.
This is Warrior 4's famous inquisitive look.  His eyebrows are looking more prominent now.  NO need da electrical tape.

Techno Savvy

Here is our future  techno savvy baby like his Daddy, the King.  Warrior 4 will be 3 months old in a couple of days yet he looks older than that.  He is so alert and is very inquisitive.  He loves talking to the King when he wakes up first thing in the morning and when the King comes home from work.  He enjoys conversing with everyone.  He is very good at giving us smiles but is recently learning to crack up.  He loves to bat at things placed in front of him since he is still learning to gain control over his extremities.  It is funny watching him do that.  =)

Yesterday..i heard Warrior 3 say:  "He made his first scream!"

Mini Me of the King.   =)  Except the King doesn't wear diapers.
It was funny to see him the other day staring at the TV.  I don't remember what was showing but he looked so immersed in the show like an old man.

The King has taught him how to handle a remote control already.
So, watch out!  Techno Savvy: YES  Couch Potato: NO, NO, NO!

All Grown Up!

Here is our little Princess who is no longer little.    She is all grown up.  I thought this is an appropriate time to spotlight her since we're always posting pictures of Warrior 4.  We spent all our afternoon at HUKILAU BEACH so I decided to take these quick shots of her.

Our Princess, is now 12 years and  10 months old.  She is going to be an 8th grader this school year.  Math is  her favorite subject.  She's a budding pianist and a gymnast.  She loves to eat sweets.  Go figure.  She is an awesome sister and a great daughter, very helpful indeed.  Don't grow up too fast, Princess.  Love you lots.

xoxo,
MOm
