KCC SPRING CONCERT

After the program.  Princess and Warrior 3 are happy it's all over but now are hungry. =)
Smile Miss Princess!

so cheesey... =)

This is the hair that took us an hour to curl. We used an iron curler plus a blow dryer to speed up the curling process. I'm glad that I trimmed 5 inches off a month ago.  The King was so nice to make dinner for us even after a long day at work...while Miss Princess and moi were busy curling hair!  Thanks Honey.

Little Miss Writer 2

I forgot to add.  During the workshop in their small groups...the authors asked the children what they like to write about and how long they've been writing...BLAH BLAH BLAH.

This is what Princess shared.  One gal said that she's been writing since she was little and all that wonderful stuff.   They are really good, mom.

Then came for Princess to share her writing experience(s)... are you ready?

"I DON'T WRITE!  I JUST DID IT FOR HOMEWORK."

I can't imagine the author's reaction to Princess' comment.  Princess, you crack me up sometimes.

Overheard

After turning in the box stops last week....4/22/09  Wednesday

Warrior 3:  Mom!  I got two ring pops because I turned in more than what I was supposed to.
Me:  That's cool!
Warrior 3:  Ey, Warrior 2  do you want a ring pop?  I have two!
Warrior 2:  Okay

36 weeks and 5 days

Well, I went to my check up today.  Today, it was Dr. Overton.   Sheesh!  Warrior 4 is moving a lot as I'm typing.   I weighed in at 137.4 lbs.  Warrior 4 is strong.  Fundal height is about 36 and 37.    I signed a waiver form stating  things that could possibly happen or go wrong...needing to use a vacuum, anesthesia, blood transfusion, c-section...blah blah blah.

My GBS culture taken on the 14th of this month came out negative.  Yey!  I wouldn't need antibiotics during delivery.   She also "checked" me today although I didn't want to.  Just standard procedure from now on.  I would have to get "checked" every week.  Blah!  I hate that part.  I never did that with my other 4.  The only time I remember being checked was  during the active part of labor.

Anyway,  after the "check"  she showed me ONE FINGER and confirmed that the head is still down. ONE FINGER!    Now, that I know that..how long am I going to stay on ONE FINGER?  I should say..KEEP DI OVEN CLOSED UNTIL THE TIMER BEEPS!  NO need to check every 5 minutes!  Your oven is not going to stay hot.   Hello!  Ooo!  Is that your leg, Warrior 4?    Now, I'm spotting.  I hope that was just from today's "check".      I really do hope so.  Well, in a couple of days I'll be 37 weeks.    I'm getting all anxious and nervous at the same time.  My biggest fear right now is that the hospital is an hour away.    NGI!

Our Little Miss Writer

*Below is a copy of  the essay that Princess wrote.

SUCCESS IN THE 21ST CENTURY

There are important things that I think are to be taught to us for us to succeed in the 21st century. The three most important things are, working with others, comprehension skills, and shutting up skills.

You can’t expect to be a success if you can’t work with others, because you’re going to have to work with your boss, your co-workers, and maybe even the people that will work for you. Teamwork helps build confidence and trust. You can make new friends as well. Working with others is a very critical thing that you need to know in order to be a success.

If you don’t have any comprehension skills, there’s no way you’ll survive two minutes in the 21st century. Comprehending is when you can understand, explain, and evaluate things. It’s also when you get the meaning of something or become aware of what’s happening around you. If you can’t do at least that, you’ll never get a job. The world around you will be more confusing. This is what you should be taught at school. It’s crucial that you are taught this because you’ll have to use it every day for the rest of your life.

The most important skill to be taught is how to shut up when you’re supposed to.  The most annoying people that you could meet or work with are the people that talk, and talk, and keep talking, but they don’t know when to shut up. Learning to shut up is important because when you need to listen and remember important things, you can’t because you’re the one with the big mouth that keeps interrupting. You talk so much that other people can’t.

These are the most important things that should be taught in order to succeed in the 21st century. How to work with others, learn comprehension skills, and shutting up skills. By learning I’m confident that I’ll be a success in the future.

Long Day Yesterday

Well, yesterday..was Princess' day.  We headed to U.H. for her writing camp.  We left home at 6:30 in the morning and got her registered at 8.  The King parked by the  Exercise Science Building so we had to walk to KuyKendall Hall which was across the parking complex.   Can you believe how much parking cost?   Seven dollars!  On a weekend?  Come on?

Yes, there were lots of parking spaces by the building the Princess needed to go to but I can't complain because I don't know my way around the campus.  I was relieved that the King got us all there in one piece.  The drive up there gave me contractions.  I was getting a little queasy so I  just concentrated on my breathing.

Anyway, after we checked her in,  we walked back to the parking lot and took a little scenic route through and between adjacent buildings.   Anyway....went to MickeyDees and had breakfast there.   Warrior 3 had Fillet-o-fish, Warrior 2 had pancakes with sausage, Warrior 1  and the King had spam, eggs, rice with portuguese sausage.   I had sauge mcmuffin with eggs and orange juice.

After breakfast we went back to the same parking structure on Campus and the King paid another $7.     Fourteen dollars for parking just a couple of hours.  Anyway,  the King had set up the Playstation so he and the boys could play games while waiting for the awards ceremony.

By now, I was feeling tired.  I just felt drained.  I wanted to lie down but couldn't really to that.  My stomach was hard and Warrior 4 kept on squirming inside like he couldn't get comfortable in my belly.    The King sat behind me and I decided to scoot my chair forward to give him more leg room.  I extended my legs on the driver's seat and tried to rest my head and shoulder on edge of the dash board but that was not comfortable either.  So, with my big  and uncomfortable body...I awkwardly maneuvered myself the the drivers seat.  Why didn't I just open my door and walked to the driver's side?  I know ya!

OVERHEARD something funny...
KING:  Why are you moving from the big seat to the small seat?
ME:  To make more room or space.  (in my head..I didn't know that the passenger seat was bigger than the driver's seat.)
KING:  How do you make more room in the van when the van is  a set space?  Can't make it any bigger!  Nobody told you to move anything.
Me:  I  know.  I took the initiative to move so you can have more LEG room.

Duh,  I can't make the space in the van bigger.   What was I thinking?  Ha Ha.

Anyway...My stomach was still contracting and felt really hard.  I was able to recline the driver's seat since Warrior 3 was a lot smaller than the King.    I was able to relax a little bit.    Man, I tell you being pregnant at a "ripe" age is hard.   Yeah, yeah....I keep saying that.   I don't mean to sound irritating  but it's the truth.  According to me, myself and I.    When we had to walk back to Kuykendall Hall...I was so slow...out of breath and my hip sockets felt a shot of pain as I walked up the stairs. We had to go to the 4th floor you know. That's not much but being 36 weeks pregnant and unfit...that's a big task.  =)  Yes, I have empathy to those who are elderly, injured, not as fit or have hip or back problems and anyone who have experienced something similar to this.  HEE HEE WHOO!  Inhale deeply... exhale fully.   Being pregnant at this age is teaching me HUMILITY and RESPECT.  I am often reminded of this when I go to Yoga and I can't do a lot of the poses  which I used to do prior to being this disproportionate.  =)

Anyway,  the Princess received gifts from the following sponsors. Pizza Hut, Dole Plantation, Hawaiian Host,  American Express and more.     The Princess won $75.   Isn't that amazing!  We are really proud of her.  She wrote her essay all by herself.  NO help from Mommy or Daddy.

We finally left UH after 12 noon.  The King needed to go check some stuff out from different stores.  First at Costco...nothing there.  Then we went to  BestBuy.  We were there for about an hour and a half if not longer.  The Princess and moih.... just situated ourselves in on to the chairs and stayed there the whole time.  I even dosed off.  Lucky thing I didn't drool  nor snore.  Yey!  Then around 3 pm, we met Aunty Wanda at the NEX.  She bought a play yard and tub for baby.   Thank you Aunty Wanda and Uncle Alvin!

Then off to Office Depot, BestBuy again and Waikele.....blah blah blah......getting hungry....went to Zippy's in Waipio...then to Walmart...we were there for less than an hour but I was tired!  Everyone was tired.  The King stopped at 7-11 to get something to drink and the gooey babes got themselves some slurpees.  I just stayed in the car.

Finally made it home...the King was falling asleep.  I caught him dosing off lots of times but he wouldn't let me drive...because we were close to home.  (still yet...he should  have let me drive...because I was all tense the whole time he was driving...He can be very stubborn.)

Still had to prep my lesson for YW.  I slept at 1 am and woke up at 8am this morning.  We were late for church.  Need to repent.

We just had grilled cheese for lunch.  The Goo babes cleaned up and I made them read books. Ahhhhhhh,  peace and serenity.    I will sign off here.

King came home for a moment to eat lunch and had to go back at 2pm to attend the single adults' ward...right after that at 4pm choir practice unitl 5 and then 7 pm Single Adults Musical  Fireside.   Long day for the King.
What a day for him.

36 weeks Today

Well, I finally got a stroller and car seat for Warrior 4.  It was used but still looked new.  I found it on craigslist.  =)  A hundred for both.  I think that's a steal!    Anyway, I feel more at ease now that we actually have a car seat for Warrior 4.  Otherwise we can't take him home from the hospital.

Twenty two days after the "BEBE" shower and still people are apologizing that they were not able to make it at the shower and that they have stuff for me and baby!  One of them, a talented photographer in my ward,  Natalie Norton  offered to take  pictures of Warrior 4.  I can't say no to that!  Shoot Balut!   Another Aunty offered to buy Warrior 4  diapers and so forth.    Amazing!  I feel  special and loved!

Anyway,  the grounding pull to the earth's center is not very pleasant at times.  Gravity is not my best of friend right now.  It's painful to get up.  Waddle Waddle Quack Quack.  ugh!  I'm not complaining.  I'm just saying!  =)  Oh, the MANY joys and discomfort of being able to bring a life to this world.    I am just amaze how the body works.   How can anyone say that there is no God.  There is a God.   He lives.  He created you and me in His own image.  Okay, that went off to a different tangent.

Anyway, back to being uncomfortable. Using my foot to close the drawer in the fridge feels difficult to do.  Why?  Because it's not cool to bend down, squat and use my hands.  Besides, it doesn't look pretty!  =)   Do you know how uncomfortable it feels especially when that drawer is full of fruits?  It feels like a bowling ball is  attached to my inner thighs that my legs and my crotch feels strained.  Hellow!  Coconut tree!  Oh, not to mention another bowling ball hanging or sitting in my lower abdomen and pelvic area!     I'm hanging in there.  Just 4 more weeks left.  I just keep praying that Warrior 4 is healthy.

I also pray for the King.  This week he looked and still looks miserable.  He is in pain again.  Well, he is always in pain but this week ....he looked like he was the one in labor.  For a couple of days now...his contractions (are all over his body) are getting stronger from the amount of grunts and discomfort pasted on his face.   He is not the one to complain but he is in pain.   I hope that he will feel better by the time I go into labor.    He needs to sleep  earlier too.  This King of mine ...he can stay up until 4 in the morning and then wake up and go to work.  I don't know how he does it but he makes me nervous when he goes to work knowing he didn't get much sleep.   Well, because he drives and climbs poles...that's why.

Hey, my feet look normal today.  NO swelling!  Except the areas where a FLEA  or FLEAS bit me yesterday.    It's super itchy!  I want to scratch but I know they will get worse and welt up.  ugh!  I hate fleas!  Who brought fleas in the house?  Who has been around dogs with fleas?  It is super itchy!  I am the only one who reacts like this with fleas.  Warrior 1 reacts like this with mosquito bites.  His bites will turn into water blisters.  Anyway,  I've blabbed away again.

Until next time.

***How do you like my top?  I was feeling super bloated today so, I wore my skirt as a top.  =)  Super comfy!  Just had to wear a cardigan to cover my religion.

Stake Conference Week

Friday was a little blue.   The adversary tends to ruin your nice day when you are trying to do what is right.   Anyway..I will not go into anymore details.    After work, I went to the store and  got some stuff for dinner tonight.  While things were cooking..I had to stick a couple loads here and there....hang them on the line...fold the previous ones and put them away.  Washed the dishes and tidied up.  Time goes by so fast.   When the kids were home from school... I had asked them to help  me vacuum and clean the bathroom and put their clothes away that I folded.   The two older Warriors went to play at the Fakatava's after doing their chores.   Princess, didn't finish vacuuming because she wasn't feeling good.  I was surprised to see her wearing a hooded jacket on a warm day.   She took a nap.  I finished what she started.

So, we had the sister missionaries over.    We had roast pork, chicken long rice, potato salad loaded with celery, crab and of course eggs and mayo.  We had veggies and fruits (cantaloupe, strawberries and grapes).    It's always nice to have the missionaries over because they often leave us with a spiritual thought.  This evening...they challenged us as a family on how we can be a better reflection of Christ.

Saturday's highlight was the stake pool activity in the afternoon.  It was good fun watching the kids and mommies and daddies to relay races using inner tubes and noodles!  I didn't go in the pool because I didn't have the proper equipment!  Ha!  Scary!  Short stubby legs not to mention the veins and cottage cheese plus a bulging belly!  No thanks!  I just sat at the edge of the pool and watched Warrior 3 do canon balls.  Then the King  brought me one of those huge beach umbrellas to keep me cool.   After 15-20 minutes my legs were getting numb and uncomfortable.  It didn't matter what I did or what position I got my legs into I could not get comfortable.  The King asked me if I wanted a chair.  Without hesitation...I quickly answered yes.   Was my discomfort super obvious?    Thanks for noticing Hon.  I appreciate the chair and umbrella.

After the activity we went home and (baby has the hiccups right now) was shopping on Craigslist for baby stuff and also online...  Can I just tell you how ridiculous shipping is to Hawaii.  It's not fair.  I haven't had the time to go shop around the island for baby stuff so, I thought online shopping would be the next best thing.  Nope.  There are a lot of nice reasonable stuff out there  but to have it shipped here is another story.

Anyway,  I didn't have time to nap.  The King called  around 6 (he left like at 5 pm) and asked if I was going to the meeting tonight.  I was clueless and said...what meeting?  Adult meeting at the chapel at 6:30pm.   OOpps.   Great talks.  The wives of the stake presidency spoke.

Sis. Haufoka:  We need to cling to our covenants.  Build foundation through Him.
Sis. McArthur:   "ORBIT"  Covenants keep us grounded helps us to stay in orbit.   Covenants are our source of Hope.  1 Nephi 10:19.   Covenants to our Heavenly Father, Savior, Spouse and baptism.
Sis. Purcell:  shared her conversion story.
Bro. Kingsly AhYou:  Do we anchor ourselved on the ROCK?  Review conference talks of Pres. Monson and Elder Holland.
Rod Veras:  Raise up a child-->Admonition to the Lord.  There is power in examples.  Don't do anything that you wouldn't want your children to do.  Pray for disobedient children.
Pres. Purcell:  TRUST in the Lord.  No element will drag us down.  Have HOPE.

The King treated us to TACO BELL.    What a treat since we don't get to eat out a lot.  The Princess and I shared a #6 chalupa with taco fresca.  I ate the taco fresca but didn't feel like eating the chalupa after that.  Warrior 3 ended up eating my chalupa.  The Warriors also had chalupas.

Today, me and and the Princess woke up before everybody else.  I dropped her off at the CAC at 7:50am because she was singing with the Young Women's Choir for Stake Conference.  Upon returning, I was able to wash the dishes in peace while the King and the Warriors were still in deep slumber.

Great talks at the conference.
Whirlwind.  Do you want to wear a dirty sock?  Teaching and raising your children to serve the Lord.  Mission.  Marry in the temple.  (Young Women expectations of future mate).  We need to have faith.  Believe and we have to ask  just like the leper.  Reach out to those who are experiencing or struggling with adversity.

This evening at 6pm.  New Beginning for the Young Women.  I had to share something on  the Value --GOOD WORKS and how the Princess was able to portray that.   It was another uplifting meeting.   Great musical numbers as well by a mom and 3 young daughters.  Brought tears to most eyes.  They sang "Teacher Do  You Love Me?"  they just altered some of the words.  Beautiful.  (Warrior 4 just punched my belly!)  After that we  went to a Musical Fireside put on by the Missionaries.  What a day!

signing off!

"Thank you Daddy for all my cool games. Guess what Mommy gave me? (yup, the sweet stuff). Thank you Gramma and Grampa for the $$$ and my new sleeping bag."

Later this evening...we attended the singles ward water polo pool party. Yes on a school night the kids got to go and swim for an hour. The King had to show face so we went.

34 weeks and 5 days

Well, two weeks ago I weighed 133 lbs.  Today however... I weighed in and the scaled read...are you ready?  ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT POINT EIGHT!!!  That's 138.8 lbs folks!  Talk about  heavy!    I was told over the weekend...that I was having a baby whale!  I guess that person is right on!  Dambohalang Balyena!  (Big Whale!) I gained over 5 pounds in just two weeks!  Hellurh!  I need self control! When April Vargus measured my belly she said that I was "a little big".  I wanted to know what she meant by a "little big" and so  I got the exact number.  I measured at 35.    She  also did a GBS CULTURE
today.

While waiting for April to check me out.  I couldn't believe my ankles!   I mean my eyes!  Where did my ankles go?  My feet look chubby and stubby.    Too much karing (stinky dried fish) and aramang (fermented shrimp paste) I bet.  I had that for lunch yesterday.     Oh, the things our bodies go through.   I can't even see a distinct medial malleolus.  (Hey, I still remember something from anatomy class).   At work today... I basically sit for 3 hours while the kids read to me and once in a while I would have to get up and grab a book from the counter behind me or to tap on another student.

Anyway, today in particular...it hurt to get up.  My back and my pelvic area was sore.  I felt myself waddling like a big chub-a-lub-duckie.   My weight is too heavy for my body to handle.  My heels hurt when I walk...that I want to wear squishy shoes which I don't have.  In the middle of the night...my belly gets so hard it's painful to turn or even get up.  My skin is so stretched but glad that I haven't gotten new stretch marks yet.  The stretch marks from the previous pregnancies are serving their purpose and holding up.  (My mom..had 5 pregnancies and she never got one stretch mark.  Her belly is clean.  Stretch mark and scar free!)  I easily get winded and short of breath.  Exercise on a regular basis is impossible!  Some days I feel good.  Other days I just can't because once I start  picking up the pace...so does the contractions and sharp pains in the pelvic area.    Boy, I'm not trying to complain...I'm just saying.  I'm glad that my body is still able to carry a spirit waiting to be born.  I'm grateful for these experiences.  It teaches me to honor my body...it is humbling to ask my kids and hubby to do the things which I usually do.  It hurts to even squat down to bend and pick something off the floor.  I've never felt this before with my other pregnancies.   I'm not a super woman after all.  =)  ha ha.

Anyway going back to my appointment,  I asked if she could tell me where Warrior 4's head is at and she was nice enough to get her little portable ultra sound machine and to my relief ....Warrior 4 is engaged!  His head is down.  His butt is more on my right side and his legs are more on my left side.   I hope he stays there.

My next appointment is in two weeks. That's on the 28th of this month.  That would make me 36 weeks and 5 days!  After that..I will have to see the doctor every week.  We are hanging in there.

We still need to get the big stuff for baby.  Hopefully next week.  =)

Friday Haps!

Well, yesterday was a busy, full of excitement kind of day.

Warrior 1 went to his 8th grade banquet which was held at Dole Cannery Ballroom.

Warrior 2 and 3 went with the Fakatava's on base to swim and slide and all the fun stuff.

The Princess, helped the Primary kids with their Easter Egg Hunt at the Park. She helped hide the eggs. She had a blast in the rain. I don't know how many kids showed up because of the rain but they still did it!

The King and I were at the Youth Conference. The King did a PowerPoint presentation along with Micah Uyehara. They were in charge of the "COMMUNICATION" workshop. They talked about the different ways to communicate, technology, different songs we listen to, movies we watch and etc.

I went because they needed leaders to follow the groups to 5 different workshops. Anyway, it was fun. The first workshop was about Preparing Yourself Spiritually to go to College. The second was Team Building. They played different games which required communication, using strategies and cooperation.

The third workshop was Communication. The fourth was Physical Fitness, they got sweaty on this one. The fifth ...Self Defense. After all the groups were done with their rotation...we had lunch! After which I went home..to find Princess home alone and dishes were washed. =)

An hour later, the King comes home. Tells me that his help is needed for Friday night's dance. I shared with him what we did at the other workshops. Blah blah blah...then I took a nap. When I woke up...the Warriors were all home!

Youth Conference Theme:
Be Thou an Example of the BELIEVER (which is found in 1 Timothy 4:12)

Earlier today, we attended Eden's Baptism. She has such a sweet spirit. Everyone if not most were touch by her testimony. The speakers (her Aunties) and the musical number were all awesome. A great day.

Lunch with Warrior 2 and 3

Lunch date with Warrior 3 was at 11 am. I was running late. He wanted to eat Filet-o-fish. I rushed to McDonalds right after work. I told him last night to go ahead and pick up lunch from the cafe because I am going to be a little late but will still get his Filet-o-fish. Well, when I got to the school...the King was already sitting with Warrior 3 in front of the cafe but was not eating the school lunch which was spaghetti. I wanted to eat it! It looked good! I know ....when did cafe food ever look good? For some reason I wanted to eat it! It just looked yummy.

Well, Warrior 3 ended up eating his Filet and a McChicken plus an apple pie! What a piggy but he is so scrawny. I guess...he just have a strong metabolism since I exercised throughout the whole pregnancy. At 11:30 he asked if he could go to recess..I said "sure". We said our goodbyes...he gave the King a hug and took off!

The King went home and I went to Foodland to buy dessert! Ice cream! Haagen Daz. It was on sale. What the heck? Warrior 2 deserves it...it's only once in a while. I wanted to eat some too. =) Now the truth comes out!

At 12 noon, the King and I head back to school and meet with Warrior 2. Warrior 2 didn't show up. We were stood up. Come to find out he was serving lunch today. He had cafeteria duty! He looked so cute with his apron and hat.

***here are some shot's of Warrior 3 hard at work.

Warrior 2 Working It!

Gotcha! Smile you are on Daddy's iphone camera!

Service with a smile!

I love the apron and the hat. Looks good on you Warrior 2!

This is cool how the kids get to serve their fellow classmates.

Writing Contest

Our Princess was chosen to represent her class, then her grade, then the school, then the district. Because her essay was chosen out of over 1,600 student entries, she will be attending a Writing Camp on the 25th of this month at U.H. where she and others will get to meet well known local authors. Congratulations, Miss Princess!

Much Majellos

Thank you everyone for all the wonderful gifts. Thank you for all the yummilicious food. Thank you to the "master minds" who put it all together. I can't say THANK YOU enough. I know you all have families and you took the time to plan and organize everything just for me. Thanks again.

With Love and Gratitude,
Me =)

Youth Service Project

We went to Na Kamalei to do some weeding in their boxed gardens. I didn't plan on going but they needed a couple more people to transport the youth to the place. Warrior 2 and 3 ended up going with us so I was only able to take two other youths to carpool with us. We left around 9am and didn't finish until 11am. My plan was to just supervise the kids pulling weeds but I ended up pulling weeds as well. I just couldn't do "nothing!" I tell you...after an hour and a half of squatting and bending over...my tummy started to get all hard. I can tell my body is no longer strong or tough as it used to be. Well, duh..in a couple of years I'll be 40.

Anyway, the service project went well. The kids were fed egg sandwiches and chips. We all took a shower as soon as we got home. My body needed a nap and I took it. Lucky for me the Gooey Goos are old enough to take care of themselves while I got some shut-eye.

April Fools!

I made lumpia shanghai today because I had to. Otherwise my thawing meat is going to get wasted.  I was excited to go to Christy's house. Tita 96762, Plain Jaynne and moi were going to get pampered! yippee!  The  Warriors and I ate early.  The King went to his meetings and our Princess will be walking home from choir.  When I leave...they will all walk to the chapel and wait in the hallway for the King to finish.  I was ready at 7pm.  I was waiting for my ride.    I didn't know who was going to pick me up.  Will it be Tita 96762 or will it be Plain Jaynne?   It's 7:15 pm.  I was also wondering what's taking the Princess so long  walk to  home.   Anyway...not too long after that Plain Jaynne calls and is ready to go!  I told the Warriors...to get ready and start heading to the chapel.   In the van...Plain Jaynne says she is ready to get her nails done.  We just need to pick up Tita 96762..ooops she's not home.  She couldn't wait...she left us!  Hellurh!  We were supposed to go together!
I was fooled! =) we were invited to go to a pampering party but instead....as we pulled up to the driveway I saw streamers and balloons.  I wondered what kind of activity Aunty Christie was having that she has her house all decorated and then...I started thinking.  Could it be? Nah! Getting warmer...warmer and then it got hot!   Friends and neighbors were there!  I was at a BABY SHOWER!   Awwww.  What a surprise!   A baby shower for me and Warrior 4.  I felt special and loved by all these people!

I told them that I  was ready to get my pedi done since it's hard to bend and do anything with my toes. I even prepped my toes and took off the old nail polish since I had about 4 coats of nail polish on them. You see I didn't want to waste their cotton balls and polish remover. I know...so what is the purpose of getting my nails done if I don't let them do all the work right?

Anyway, I felt really special and loved. My friends and neighbors are the bomb! They worked so hard and they made lots of food! I can't imagine all the prepping and planning they did. I am truly grateful. I love all the presents and the people who were present! Thanks everyone!  My love to all of you.  The King is also grateful.  Much mahalo from the bottom of the GOOEY hearts.

I'll post more pictures later.

Looking forward to being pampered!

Wow!  Someone is actually going to do my nails for me tonight!  I better take my nail polish off my toes since I put like 3 or 4 coats plus top coat.  I don't want to use up all their cotton balls and nail polish remover.

Aunty Christie invited moih, Plain Jayne and Tita 96762 to go to her house..because she has a young women activity where a professional will talk to us about how we can provide food for our soul and then later get pampered.  Yes, manicure and pedicure!  I need a pedicure bad!  It's harder now to bend and polish my toenails.  Anyway,  I can't wait!
