Happy Easter!

It's Easter Sunday and we didn't take part in any of the commercial stuff for Easter.  We didn't decorate any eggs!  There were no Easter baskets!  No one got a new outfit.  I didn't take Warrior 4 Easter Egg Hunting ....no, not even in the  yard or in the house.  Nope!  This right here is it!  Thumbprints for Easter! Warrior 4 got that PEZ candy dispenser from his primary teacher, Aunty Sally Foley.   After talking to Warrior 4 about  what Easter is all about, I then asked him to see what he learned.

ME:  What is Easter all about?
WARRIOR 4:  (with great enthusiasm he shouts! )BUNNY RABBITS!

NGEK!?  FAIL!

Well, hopefully one day he will comprehend its full meaning.

I'm grateful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ.   I am grateful for the love He has for me.  He is my Redeemer.    Because of Him we can  have joy.     We will live again.

Happy Easter All!

Laie Elementary Carnival

Smile!

Warrior 3 came home after school with all kinds of goodies! He has great friends who made his day special.

Warrior 3's 14th B-day!

This Warrior turned 14 today!  He is  very smart.  Talented and very helpful.  He plays the piano, loves airsorft guns, air riflery,  Coca-Cola, mint chocolate ice cream, roti from Sister Rama and video games.  He loves, he serves,  he understands, he feels and shows empathy to others.  He is one tough Warrior.

Warrior 2 landed a job

Warrior 2 landed a job at PCC.  He is working in that BLUE TRUCK!  He sells fish and fries for $10!  We should go and check him out!

Warrior 4 loves his sister.

It's that time again!  Warrior 4 shows his love to his sister by drawing.  =)  Warrior 1 and 3 have already written as well.  I'm just waiting for Warrior 2s letter so I could mail it in!

Getting ready

Warrior 4: Mom! Mom!
Me: yes, son!
Warrior 4: my bag! My bag flew!
It's on the roof!
Me: how? I run outside and this is what I see. :)
Warrior 4: I tossed it in the air and the wind blew it away!

another talent?

Warrior 3 came home today and showed me that he made this!  I was surprised that he would/could sew!  Like all mothers…i was proud of this finished project.  He even sewed on a zipper for this pouch!  I haven't even done zippers.  He made me smile!  =)

What's for Dinner?

2/24/16

It's Wednesday night and that means mutuals night!  The youth are writing letters to the missionaries this evening.  So, this is their dinner!  more like their snacks.

Basketball game 2/24/16

Warrior 4 made 2 shots the first 5 minutes of this game!  They lost but that didn't matter.  They had fun!  It's always fun to watch these little munchkins play ball.
