Push it out, shove it out, waaaaaaaay out!!!
Okay...so it was about an hour ago (@ 1:10pm), our new tax credit arrived. Don't ask me about the specifics...length, weight, height and all that. I'm sure the blogger will get it in here soon enough. If he was a TV or computer, I could tell you exactly how long, how much, and how many inputs he has. But he is here! The lady did a great job, and he really isn't that good looking (apparently not having been blessed with daddy's good looks yet), but I guess I have to take him home and feed him just the same. That's all for now. More to follow from the blogger!! See pics below...

It's time!
I woke up and contractions were 5 minutes apart. It's time! It is really happening! No...there are no pains just tightening of my belly. Anyway...the King was out in the living room on the computer..I told him that my contractions are 5 minutes apart and to wake the kids up while I get ready and take a shower. Before leaving home, I asked the King to give me a blessing. As King proceeds to say the prayer, Warrior 3 starts to say the prayer. =) Too cute. Anyway, we left home at 1:30 am. Dropped the kids off at Aunty Amie's house. Thanks so much Aunty Amie for everything! We get to the hospital safely. We were admitted around 2:30 am. I weighed in at 139.5 lbs.

After 30 minutes I was required to go back in the room and be monitored. bleh. It was kind of cool though to hear Warrior 4's heartbeat. I tried to nap as I was being monitored. I kept telling myself to relax and visualize Warrior 4 descending down the birth canal. Well, this cycle of walking 30 minutes to 1 hour: back in the room to be monitored seemed forever! I told the King to rest so he can have energy when the time comes.
I look sooper humangous in this picture. Duh! Because I am. The hospital gowns didn't help accentuate my sexy figure. Ha ha ha. I look so BLAH! I didn't bring my makeup stuff like was suggested in one of the pregnancy sites. Not even the basics (eye liner, lip liner and lip gloss). =). Nada!

I Have a Feeling...
Went to work. Did the usual. Worked with the kids and their reading. One particular boy out of the blue said as he passed my seat "AUNTY, you are going to have your baby tomorrow." I paused and looked at him. He continued to say, "Tomorrow is May Day!" All I could do was smile, nod and say yes. I think the reason why he said that was because earlier when they finally can see the obvious that my belly was growing...he asked when I am going to have a baby
and I would tell them.....after May Day. Hence the unexpected comment.."Aunty, you are going to have your baby tomorrow." Maybe he is right. I've been having contractions but not painful ones since this morning. That's work...kids make it exciting.
Well, sure enough he was waiting for Warrior 2. Tonikaku...we walked home in the hot, humid & voggy day. I don't know what it is but...I felt really energized. Nesting I suppose. I cleaned the inside of the van, installed the baby carseat and loaded my bags with my stuff with the King and baby's things in the trunk...then I washed the exterior of the car! It felt good washing the car on a hot day.
I don't even remember what we had for dinner but during dinner I felt totally wasted. I felt so tired...that I just wanted to go to sleep. During dinner I told the kids that they needed to pack their things ...extra clothes for school the next day, their tooth brushes and such. Just in case.
They did...pack. I went to bed early. The King is doing work on the computer. We'll see if these contractions progress.

What a Day!
Well, the King had an early start. He left at 6 am to go to work this morning. The Gooey Babes were all ready by 7 am. We left the house at 7:30. Warrior 2 and 3 left earlier because Warrior 3 wanted to eat breakfast at school.
Anyway, work was the usual and then helped package the kids' costumes for May Day. I went to pickup Warrior 1 at 11am because he has an appointment at Kapiolani at 1 pm. His routine EEG and MRI. Then off to pick up Warrior 2 & 3. We ended up leaving campus at 11:30. When we went back to the car the King was there keeping Warrior 1 company. What a surprise! We said "bye" to the King and off to town.
We finally made it at 12:30...Warrior 1 started his EEG at 1 pm that took about 45 mins. Waited for another 30 minutes for his MRI since they were running behind schedule. Lucky the Warriors brought their DS games because that was a long wait. I was falling asleep. I dosed off here and there. Stepped outside to eat some grapes, tangerines and chips. =) We finally left the hospital at 4 pm. Stopped at Golden Coin to pick up some pancit, puto, bbq sticks, longanisa, tocino and some pinakbet. We finally reached Castle at 4:50 pm ...we were a little early so the Warriors and I had a little picnic on the grassy area at the hospital ground....sharing what we got at Golden Coin.
We finally headed up to my appointment at 5:20 pm. We get there and to our surprise we see our cute little neighbor Aaron! He is so cute. He is so friendly to greet us with a smile and a "HI". Anyway, as I sign in...the receptionist tells me that I am not in the system. HELLO! I have an appointment at 5:45 pm and I have the card to show you. Lucky thing Lana (the nurse who usually comes to Kahuku) was there to back me up. Nope, you are not in the system...but because someone cancelled we can put you in. What if no one cancelled? Would they send me home without being seen? Anyway...I weighed in at 139.6 lbs. Dr. Chapman said that my blood pressure was a little high. 131/86. She assumed that I was stressed from traffic and the long drive. I didn't even feel stressed but I also don't remember Lana taking my blood pressure. How is that even possible? Long day it has been. =)
Anyway, Chapman checked me twice today. First check...2 cm. Second check...70%. She reminded me that I'll be spotting because of the area is "ripe" and squishy getting ready for delivery. After she left the room and I cleaned myself up...that was not just spotting. Try a glob of bright red tissue. And the gloves she used was covered with blood! What was she trying to do? Take the mucus plug out? As of today..I am 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced.
Well, we got to Tita 96762's house about 7:15 or so to pick up Princess. She hung out with them after school because she couldn't miss choir. Tita 96762 picked her up from choir because the King had a meeting to go to. Come to find out that Tita 96762 was not feeling good and was running a fever. Thanks again Aunty Tita 96762.
Anyway...we finally made it home and my darling King had dinner made and waiting on the stove for us to eat. Awe. He is so sweet. He cooked again! He cooked before going to his meeting. But we already ATE! Thanks Hon! We will eat it tomorrow. =)
Warrior 2 will be going on a field trip with his class and they will be spending the night at the USS MISSOURI. I hope he packed all that he needs. I had to pull teeth to make him hurry and pack. He is our Warrior 2.
The King finally made it home around 9 pm. Longer day for him than me..so I can't complain.

What to Eat?
Well, I was debating whether to make pork broccoli stir fry or grill steak, asparagus and mushrooms while shopping at Foodland. I really want to eat some meat! Guess what? My hardworking King is going to grill some meat for us tonight! We were watching a steak cook off one evening and I was craving for my King's steak since then. My King will fulfill my cravings this evening! yey! Thanks, Hon! Make some "papa'a" ones for me. =)
How many more days to go?
Well, I woke up this morning at 3 to make a tinkle and drink some water. Then I couldn't resist those sugar cookies calling my name so I popped 3 in my mouth. So, bad! Drank some more water, went to bed...then contractions started coming at 3:23 am. They came every 10 minutes for 2 hours. I then tried to go to sleep and when I woke no more contractions. The funny thing about these contractions were that only the right side of my belly and back was sore.
After work today..I ate lunch ..I was so tired so I surrendered and took a nap.

Awe... thanks Hon.

R.A.K
Random Acts of Kindness
In our Young Women class today, Aunty Nisi shared something about Warrior 3. She saw our Warrior 3 do something to another boy. Okay, in my head I was like...what now? Did he do something naughty? Oh, no.
Anyway...Aunty Nisi saw our Warrior 3 share a tissue to a boy sitting next to him who was crying...but the boy didn't like that.

May Day 2009
May Day 2009! It's a big event! It's only an Elementary program but everyone in the community supports this event. Siblings miss their class to show support for a family member. I too asked to be excused. I didn't go to work. =) I saw a couple of co-workers that didn't go to work as well. Anyway....highway.
Here is Warrior 3's class. They did an American Indian Dance. A few from their class were chosen to do the hoop dance. =) They also, sang and signed "GO MY SON".

Here is Warrior 2 and a couple of his buddies. Just chillin before the show starts. Their 5th grade class danced to different Michael Jackson songs. I have to come back with a list. I have to go ask Warrior 2.

After May Day...we came home. Had some sandwiches for lunch, rested a little bit...hung a load in the line then we went to the Inn. The King had to set up their new computer and while he was working the Gooey Babes were swimming. I was actually reading a book. Surprised I'm even reading a book. We were there for about 2 hours.
Home at last....but we had to help the King prep food for the Single Adults Conference this evening. He was making Portuguese bean soup. He made lots of it. Well, the King goes to this meeting while the Gooey Babes and moi relaxes at home. Around 7:10 pm we get a phone call from the King saying to go over and eat at their activity. I kind of didn't want to go because I didn't want to be crashing their party you know but gotta listen to the King. So, the Gooey Babes and moi walked over. To my surprise....there were only a handful of people who showed up. Whoah! So much food and so little people. Anyhow, it turned out to be a great evening. We line danced, did the chacha slide, Achy Breaky Heart and can't remember the other one. You have to remember...single adults who are between 30+ years and older were there and different shapes and sizes. (So, talk about low impact dancing now.) It was good fun. The King was actually grooving that evening even with his broken back. =) The Gooey Babes were up and dancing as well. Great sports. =)
Well, next in their agenda is Service Project tomorrow to do some yard work at couple of houses. Not a lot were going ...so that's where will be tomorrow. Bright and early for a Saturday.
Another full day.

Check this warrior out! He has a goatie. =)
