snail mail

Trying to write to Sister Goo every week.  Warrior 4 was anxious to mail it.  We parked right next to the post office. He got out of the van without his slippers and ran to the door.
Stopped at the post office  after school to drop this off.

This was one of Warrior 4's creation that he drew on Sunday for his sister.

Fried Rice at the service project

Stake Conference Activity
We had the talent show last night.
The King didn't sleep at all.
He stayed up all night making rice for the fried rice.

These two awesome ladies  (M.B.  and Sina Hinago) came and helped  cut and cook the meat Friday morning.

The King had  Brother Ha'o come early in the morning to help cook.

Bishop Kingsly Ah You and President Max Purcell came to help  as well.

Happy Easter!

It's Easter Sunday and we didn't take part in any of the commercial stuff for Easter.  We didn't decorate any eggs!  There were no Easter baskets!  No one got a new outfit.  I didn't take Warrior 4 Easter Egg Hunting ....no, not even in the  yard or in the house.  Nope!  This right here is it!  Thumbprints for Easter! Warrior 4 got that PEZ candy dispenser from his primary teacher, Aunty Sally Foley.   After talking to Warrior 4 about  what Easter is all about, I then asked him to see what he learned.

ME:  What is Easter all about?
WARRIOR 4:  (with great enthusiasm he shouts! )BUNNY RABBITS!

NGEK!?  FAIL!

Well, hopefully one day he will comprehend its full meaning.

I'm grateful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ.   I am grateful for the love He has for me.  He is my Redeemer.    Because of Him we can  have joy.     We will live again.

Happy Easter All!

Laie Elementary Carnival

Smile!

Warrior 3 came home after school with all kinds of goodies! He has great friends who made his day special.

Warrior 3's 14th B-day!

This Warrior turned 14 today!  He is  very smart.  Talented and very helpful.  He plays the piano, loves airsorft guns, air riflery,  Coca-Cola, mint chocolate ice cream, roti from Sister Rama and video games.  He loves, he serves,  he understands, he feels and shows empathy to others.  He is one tough Warrior.

Warrior 2 landed a job

Warrior 2 landed a job at PCC.  He is working in that BLUE TRUCK!  He sells fish and fries for $10!  We should go and check him out!
