Piano Recital

Here they are!  All 25 students of May Shumway!  All the children did well.  We sure enjoyed every one's talent and appreciated all the wonderful music that were shared.   I am just amazed how these kids can play without their music in front of them.   Well, done!  This is only the 2nd recital for our Princess.  I was nervous for her.  I was afraid that she would play her songs too fast.  But she didn't.  Great job, Miss.    These are the songs that Princess played.

1.  Princess Leia's Theme (from Star Wars)...........Williams/arr. by Coates

2.  Dance of the Sugar Plum  Fairy (from The Nutcracker).........Tchaikovsky/arr. by Rejino

We are happy that Grandma and Grandpa were able to make it to Princess' recital.  We were all surprised!  Tomorrow is another day.  Gymnastics State Meet...here we come!
