Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting!

Super rich and gooey! Anyway, over 10 years later, I finally learned how to make cinnamon rolls. Thanks to Gramma Goo for showing me how to proof yeast! I've always feared using anything with YEAST! I ended up killing them. My water was either too hot or too cold. So, the result would always be "dud" yeast.
Well, not anymore! I no longer fear the yeast. This batch of cinnamon rolls I was baking at 12 midnight. I had forgotten about the dough that was rising after coming home from a family night out. I had no choice but to roll the dough out and make the rich rolls. This batch went quickly the next day because I have not made them for a long time.
