getting the car serviced

Riding the cubby cuboose while we wait for the car to finish. It's being serviced - 33,000 miles check up, safety inspection expires the end this month, brake and power steering needs to be flushed.

I just got a phone call and found out the rear brakes need replacement, need 4 new tires. Can't afford these right now. Next time.  Gotta save our pennies first.

I Caught Him!

I caught Warrior 4 running to the bedroom and noticed his grimacing face.  Ran him to the bathroom and made him sit in the toilet.  He did it!  He pooped in the toilet and made shishi too.  Okay...I hope he'll learn to once again tell me that he is going to make doo-doo.  yehey!  knock on wood.

Good days and Not so Good Days

Wakes up crying from a nap. I don't know why?

Walked Home

After church Warrior 4 was motivated to walk home.

Here we have Warrior 1 guiding Warrior 4.

He has gotten really good at walking.

Now, to finish the final leg of the walk home....push the stroller. Come on! Let's go.

The Red Hat

Here we have our little warrior modeling a red sweaty (eew) hat that we used from today's walk. He thinks he looks cool. =)

One Year Old

Here is our Warrior 4 fast asleep. His hair is as fuzzy as ever. Time goes by so fast. So peaceful so serene.

Exploring

Warrior 4 loves to explore! He discovered some dried leaves and was experimenting with his senses. The sense of feel, touch and taste. Bleh!

Look at what I can do while Mama hangs the clothes? Up. Down. Fall on my bum. Over my head. Again. Up. Down.

Aww!

Warrior 4 is fed and bathed. I gave him to the King to brush his teeth. Went outside to hang a load of laundry. I came inside the house and found him fast asleep on the King's chest. Now the King is getting ready to go to work.

Just cruisin' at BYUH admin parking lot. Watching the Norton Boys ride the skateboard and bike. Watching my brothers chase each other.

Much Love

We've been home from the beach for over an hour and the King walks in the door. He must have gone to a meeting at church, because of the way he is dressed. Anyway, Warrior 4 walks toward him (he is still learning to walk ...we are up to 5 steps now) and gives him a HUG. Warrior 4 was so tired....as soon as the King placed him in his arms he just sat there ....with two fingers massaging his gums, he falls asleep.
We don't like him sucking on his thumbs/fingers since he discovered his hands' phalanges. So, since the beginning we've always told him "no, no sucking thumbs." It's funny that he doesn't. Well, now and then he'll stick his fingers in his mouth to gnaw on...massage his gums.

So, peaceful. MAKES ME WANT TO GO TO SLEEP.

first steps

Wow! Warrior 4 is on the ball. He took his very first steps this evening unassisted. The King and Princess witnessed this major step. I was in the kitchen making dinner and all I could hear was cheering from the King and Princess. He did it several times this evening. I was only able to witness Warrior 4 take 3 steps. Man, he will be walking in no time.

That is all. I thought that is worth sharing and remembering.
