Aunty Ping and Uncle Ed were visiting the island for a couple of days. They stayed at Ewa Beach with Uncle Ed's brother. We were invited to have dinner over at their house on Sunday. I had my fix of Pinoy food. They served dinengdeng, panapaitan, chicken adobo, lumpia shanghai, alimango--crab, and embutido--pinoy meat loaf. I used my hands to eat that evening after feeding Warrior 4.

We were able to taste some Pinoy ice cream. Cheese and corn flavored icecream! It was delish!
