Testimony

I probably sound like a broken record, cd, mp3, ipod.

I just want to bear my witness that Heavenly Father watches over us. He knows us and our needs.

For the past couple of weeks I have been purchasing Warrior 4's formula. WIC only gives him 4 cans/month. He goes through one can in a couple of days. Formula is sure expensive. But managed to have enough money to buy a couple of cans. I am hoping that one of those cans are bottomless.

So, this passed Sunday we paid tithing. The freezer is looking spacious and airy. How much is left for kids' lunch, food, bills and etc? Do I really want to write it down? It is a little embarrassing but what the heck. It's my blog/journal. One account had $6.30. Another had $1. Seriously! I'm not kidding. The "Bills" account had $150 left in there. Great! Crossing fingers that these $$$ can miraculously spread out because that is all we have to work with until the next paycheck.

Today was the day to go to food bank. I wasn't going to go because I watch Baby Tyde (4 months old) and his mom comes around quarter to 11 to pick him up. The last time I went to food bank that late...there were not much left. So, no sense going to food bank today. I really wasn't planing on it.

So, I went about my day. Little K (who will be 3 in April) wanted sandwich for lunch today. He didn't want what he had in his lunch bag. Oh, gosh I don't have any bread. I have to run to Foodland and buy bread. (buy the cheapest one on sale of course) Well, 10:45 came and Janelle picked up Baby Tyde. Something kept telling me to just go to the Foodbank anyways. So, I decided to listen and loaded Warrior 4 and Little K in the van.

Sure enough I was the last one to get there. They've started cleaning up and putting things away...One Aunty asked why I came so late....I missed all the good stuff....

Anyway, long story short.

I don't have to worry about baby formula. I got 6 cases...36 cans total. I got 3 loaves of bread, 2 bags of burger buns, 3 bags of hot dog buns, pandesal. A case of canned peaches plus more. What are the odds? We needed bread and bread was given. We needed formula and we got cases of it. I am truly grateful for all my blessings. I am glad I listened to the promptings to go to Foodbank. It is coincidence? I think not.

He is real. He cares. He answers prayers. He is definitely watching over me and my family.

we are Truly blessed and I am very grateful.
