The KING Got the Bug

The King got the bug. A BIG bug. Friday, July 29, 2011 he had the fever. He came home from work that day feeling "crappy". I drove him to Costco that evening to buy the ingredients he needed to make chili for Saturday's stake activity.

We got back, he took a nap. The kids and I chopped the meats, celery and onions. The King asked that I go to the store to buy him some NYQUIL. Ok. that means he is really SICK and this nyquil will help him go to sleep so he can rest.

SATURDAY--July 30, 2011
King woke up early to cook...I got up around 6:00 am to help him. The Warriors helped him take the small sound system somewhere. The Gooey Goo Babes and I had to leave at 7:00 am so we can make our 8 o'clock appointment. The King all alone with the FEVER.

We got back from our dental appointment CAVITY FREE. We quickly loaded up the van (since his truck is broken) and headed to Hukilau Beach. We unloaded....everything then Princes and I went home to get our beach chairs and what not.

The Gooey Goo Babes had a blast at the beach. Warrior 4 enjoyed his nap. I enjoyed watching the water activities put out by the stake. Ate 3 bowls of chili and rice. I know right. Where is self control when needed?

Okay, back to the KING.

Sunday--July 31, 2011
He woke up early ....spoke at another ward. He didn't want us there. He came home...and stayed home because he was still not feeling good. He didn't go with us so I left Warrior 4 with him. He was nursing and fell asleep. WHAT?! Warrior 4 is still nursing? yes, don't even go there. That is another topic.

MOnday--August 1, 2011
King didn't go to work. I made an appointment for him.

Tuesday--August 2, 2011
Drove him to Kahuku. Filled out papers. First by me then by him. Got into some kind of drama. Blah blah blah. He sees the doctor. a very quick visit. He looks upset. The Dr. didn't do anything (found out later that this doctor is dying of cancer). He was referred to go to CASTLE HOSPITAL--at the emergency room.

He drove himself there. Uh-huh!
